Official Rules - Freddie LA Party Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS GIVEAWAY AND YOUR ENTRY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. This giveaway is hosted by PurposeMed USA Inc., d/b/a Freddie (“Freddie”).
2. This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and DC who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This giveaway and your entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. The giveaway begins on Wednesday May 20th 2026 at 12pm pst and ends on May 27th 2026 at 11:59pm pst (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. During the Giveaway Period, to enter, you must complete the entry form with the required information. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Use of any automated system, both, or script to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. 500 winners will each receive 2 ticket(s) to the Freddie LA Party taking place on June 4, 2026 at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles California. 
6. The approximate retail value of each ticket is: $80/per ticket The approximate retail value of all prizes is:  $160 total for giveaway tickets 
7. Tickets are non-transferable except to a guest accompanying the winner, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Freddie will not provide transportation, lodging, or any other expense related to attending the event. Prize is awarded ‘AS-IS’ with no warranty of any kind. Winning a ticket does not guarantee entry. Admission to the event is strictly subject to venue capacity limits and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 28th 2026 at 5pm pst. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. Potential winners must respond within 72 hrs/specify period to claim the prize. Failure to respond, an undeliverable notification, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. As a condition of receiving the prize, winners may be required to provide identification verifying eligibility, and execute any documents reasonably requested by Freddie. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
10. By entering, each entrant releases Freddie, the Globe Theatre, all performers, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury (including death) arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including attendance at the event.
11. Entrants represent and warrant that they are not beneficiaries of any Federal Healthcare Programs (including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare), nor are they healthcare professionals who bill such programs. Individuals falling into these categories are strictly prohibited from attending the event.
12. Information collected from entrants is subject to Freddie’s Privacy Policy available here. By entering, California residents acknowledge their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Freddie reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Freddie’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
